I've made sporadic attempts at breaking into the greeting card industry over the years with little success.  The samples shown here represent my most recent attempts to impress Recycled Paper Greetings.  I'm not a fan of the "witty punch line" approach to greeting cards (unless it's genuinely funny and original, which it never is), so I approached my own cards like I would a single panel comic strip, where the cartoon on the front was all there was.  For the sake of the submissions to companies I included a cliché punch line in each card (Happy birthday, thinking of you, etc...), but for the sake of this website, all such inane blather has been omitted.
