Devon Aoki (2006): Yet another "Who the heck is that?" caricature.  Aoki played the deadly ninja prostitute Miho in the film version of Frank Miller's comic book series "Sin City."  Her perfectly round head and tiny facial features appealed to my artistic style, and let's face it, she's adorable.  I'm a big fan of drawing adorable women.  So sue me.  Drawn in Micron Pigma markers and colored in Photoshop.
